Insider Dealing is the trading of a corporation's stock or other securities (e.g. bonds or stock options) by individuals with potential access to non-public information about the company. Stock brokers, merchant bankers, and their support staff can occasionally find them self investigated for this type of offence, usually investigated by non-police bodies such as the FSA.
