R v M and others

It was alleged by the Prosecution that Mr. M was part of a terrorist gang led by a man known as "Osama bin London". It was alleged that the gang received terrorism training from weekend camps at the New Forest and Berkshire. Mr. M was the first person to ever face charges under s.8 of the Terrorism Act 2006.
